All of our pieces are hand drawn, designed and hand-carved and hand-finished at our Los Angeles studio. These are not machine made pieces. Because of the artisanal nature of our product,  there is usually a lead time of 2-3 weeks per order to be fulfilled. If we have a surplus of an item, the order will be fulfilled sooner. 

If you are in need of your piece having a faster turn around, please email inquiries@seatelier.com and we can see if you can be accommodated (for an additional fee) for a rush order.


U.S. sales tax is automatically calculated based upon your shipping address. All orders within California are subject to a 7.25% state sales tax. Within Los Angeles County, the sales tax is 9%. Orders shipping outside California pay no sales tax.


All orders over $250 (excluding tax) ship for free.

S•E•A ships from Los Angeles using UPS. We ship to the contiguous United States with additional costs to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. For these locations, please email inquiries@seatelier.com to inquire about price quotes.

S•E•A processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, 10 am – 4 pm. Orders made outside of this time will process the following business day. All of our shipping options are insured, and shipping rates vary according to the weight and insured value of items purchased.

Prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and all customs duties on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines required duty payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.
