We accept returns up to 2 weeks after items are received, as tracked by UPS. We do not accept returns on any customized items.
All sale items are final sale.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (212) 967-3414. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and we will return your call within 48 hours. We will issue a return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, your card will be credited in full, minus the cost of all shipping charges.
We stand by the quality of all S•E•A products and will make any needed repair due to manufacturing defect for up to 1 year after date of purchase from seatelier.com. If unable to make a repair due to manufacturing fault it will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer, excluding shipping charges. To request a repair, please contact email@example.com and you will be issued a repair number and return tag for insured shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In order to process a repair, you must first contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and repair shipping address label.
Any Stuart England Atelier piece purchased from one of our stockist must be arranged through the store.
Lost earring/mate replacement:
We are happy to replace a lost earring at half the price of the original pair. Customer pays tax and shipping costs.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email email@example.com or call 212-967-3414. If your product has already shipped, please follow the returns procedure as indicated in our returns policy.
